What this website collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no embedded third-party content, and no fonts loaded from anyone else’s server. Everything the page needs is served from knowhaa.com.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the service running and secure. That processing rests on our legitimate interest in operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Those logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.
If you contact us
When you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of what was agreed. That is processing for pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the relationship, and business records for as long as Latvian accounting law requires.
We do not sell data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–22). Write to edgars@knowhaa.com and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Latvian supervisory authority, Datu valsts inspekcija (dvi.gov.lv).
Changes
